Recruit Bud AI documentation

Recruit Bud AI is an AI recruiter that screens candidates over phone calls and WhatsApp. It is built mainly for in-house hiring teams that hire in volume, such as retail chains, pharma, BFSI and customer support, and recruitment agencies use it too. These docs are a guide you can follow from your first screening agent to a candidate with documents collected. Each page explains why the problem exists, gives numbered steps, and ends with direct answers to common questions.

Getting started

Follow these in order the first time.

  1. What is an AI recruiter? What it is, who it is for and what it does not do.
  2. Set up and edit a screening agent Create the interview from a job description and change it by typing.
  3. Test your agent Place a test call before any candidate is called.
  4. Create a screening and add candidates Spreadsheet, CVs, talent database or job link.
  5. Follow up and move candidates through stages Results, interviews and the board.
